1996 Folio published by the Paul Bardwell Contemporary Art Gallery for the four-part project: site-specific installation, exhibition, video projection, and La Llorona performance components of “The River Within/El Rio Desde Adentro; a Binational Collaboration/ una Colaboración Binacional,” between artists: a binational collaboration between Gloria Posada, Carlos Uribe, Juan Luis Mesa, and Ahní Rocheleau.Various sites in Medellín, Colombia and Providence, Rhode Island.

The video street projection of the Santa Helena headwaters was later projected in Providence, connecting local audiences with the large Colombian immigrant community, often perceived negatively, making the project an act of intercultural bridge-building. Over eleven months, three Gloria Posada, Juan Carlos Uribe, Juan Luis Mesa and and Ahní Rocheleau developed four projects: Retorno street video projection (Medellin component), an installation along the Providence River, a ritualist performance LaLalorona, and a gallery exhibition with street projection in Providence.
